What’s your return/refund policy? 

I will refund your order when:  You receive a damaged or defective product, with picture proof, within 48 hours of receiving your product. 

I will not refund your order due to:  Disliking a product or scent 

How can I get free shipping?

All domestic orders over $75 automatically receive free shipping. Also keep an eye out on our Facebook ( Momma Teet’s Soaps ) or instagram ( @mommateetssoaps ) for any sales or free shipping codes. You can also find our products at Fresh Bloom Esthetics in Princeton, IN. Or The Antique Freak Hair Salon in Newburgh, IN.

 

How long does process and shipping take? 

All products are handmade, but our average shipping time is 3-6 days. If there’s any delays to your order I’ll be sure to contact you and let you know, but I always strive to get packages out in a timely order. Once I drop it off at the post office it usually arrives within 2-5 days. However, once it’s in the post office’s hands there’s not much I can do about it arriving late. This typically is only a problem during busy holidays. 

Do you do custom orders or party favors?

I do! Email me at mommateetsssoaps@yahoo.com or message me on our Facebook page for quotes. If I don’t have a scent or mold you’re looking for I can get it for your order.
